I am not sure that it is a correct answer, but It may be worked. lol~~
Administrator mode > Eyoom settings > Eyoom environment settings
1. press the using eyoom theme ( if you did not upgrade your server to eyoom bulider 1.1.9, it will not be shown.)
2. In theme manger, press the mlang_basic home and default setting
